Hosting Options:

Events/Pop-ups open to the public - Collaborate on offering a unique experience to customers.

Private events - Home parties, corporate team building, celebrations, etc.
Space Requirements:

Approx. 8 ft x 5 ft space.

CDA Aura provides a freestanding backdrop that can accommodate any space.
Set-Up:
-
Complete set-up provided by CDA Aura (however it is helpful if 1-2 chairs can be provided if possible).

30 min early arrival access for set-up.
Event/Group Pricing:
-
Individual aura photos are $35 for a digital photo, with a $10 add-on option for a printed copy.
Dates / Timing:
-
The amount of time per aura portrait session varies depending on the guests, the preferences of the host, & whether printed photos are included. An approx. number of people is 6 -12 people per hour depending on the previous mentioned factors.

Monetary Collection Options:

CDA Aura can independently collect individual payment from customers via cash, credit card, Venmo if needed. (Host is not required to provide transaction assistance.)

Or host can choose to provide an all-inclusive experience for their guests/team.
Invitations/Marketing:

CDA Aura can create an invite/advertising flier, or host can create their preferred design.

Marketing fliers posted on CDA Aura’s social media accounts.

CDA Aura will create promotional events in Facebook, Eventbrite & Eventeny.

Printed copy of the flier & sample aura photos will be provided to the host to display in their place of business to promote the event if they'd like.
